Horrible customer service
I’m a disabled vet and my mortgage loan agent told me that I was “lucky” to have even “gotten this far.” Yeah, screw CMG Loans. It took them a week to do what another company did in 45 mins.
Rude!!!!!
Me and my husband is trying to get a house and we download this app to get so help I received a call from him and he was very rude and unprofessional asking questions that he did need to ask and basically telling us that it doesn’t work that way when we answered the unprofessional question and that we would have no chance on getting a house I would give this 0 stars if I could because he didn’t even deserve 1 star

Overall good app but...
Overall good app but is laggy. There also needs an update to the additional income fields. The employment income field clearly states to add in GROSS income, while the additional income simply states to add monthly income. Both fields should be exactly the same as now will have to explain to lender that those monthly incomes fields are my NET income numbers.

Useless - May even be scam
Can’t login, wants all my information though. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was actually a scam trying to steal your information.
No Mobile Web - Redirects to App that doesn’t work
One star because the app throws an error no matter what I try to login.
Automatic redirect on Chrome or Safari and can’t continue filling out application unless I download the app. The App just says call support.
