*STILL* Does not function

*UPDATED* app worked for a while, now stuck again on the loading screen (pre-login). Again, Freedom Mortgage values the sale of your personal data more than their customer experience. God forbid someone run an ad blocker and care about their personal information.



I receive a white screen after successful login and 2FA. Not able to tap anywhere and the app is not interactive.

If I had to guess, it’s because of my ad blockers preventing some resource from loading that should not be a dependency on receiving my mortgage payments.

Terrible Co.

No way to contact by email. No one speaks English when you call. The Security checking your mortgage is so tight It’s impossible to view or pay your mortgage online. When they send me a verification code to my email I lose the Freedom Mortgage login page. I’m tempted to pay off my mortgage just so I don’t have to deal with this company.
