Worse loan servicer
My mortgage was sold to LoanCare and I have consistently made payment even with fees and never been late. Was late for the first time two months ago and was reported to the credit bureaux. My credit score went down by 40+ point. Because of that I cannot wait to refinance and get away from LoanCare.

I’m not able to submit my payment date 15th and now I will be charged a late fee because it’s going to reflect on the 17th that’s fair.

The steps to setting up the bi-weekly schedule is cumbersome need be more flexible.
