The app keeps asking if I consent to being contacted. Every time I select “no” I get an error message saying to try again later.

Way better than their website

Their website is extremely irritating, making you basically login twice and redirecting you to Haven for a pitch on home equity loans or some other service. But the app is more direct and allows me to simply login and make my payment. I appreciate that. I did just have trouble where it was giving me some kind of error about syncing, but I deleted the app and then reinstalled it and it works fine now.
