Great functionality.
not user-friendly!
This companies app and their website are not user-friendly. Every time I’ve gone into pay the mortgage I have had to reset my password process, which takes well over an hour each time just to get the system to work unbeknownst to most users their system automatically forces you to reset your password if you only login once a month to pay your mortgage. Not a good security protocol for people who usually only pay their mortgage once a month you would think a company this large would have a better online profile for their customers.

Very low rate “company”
I’m only with this “company” because they bought my loan. I had no choice nor knowledge of that until after it happened. Besides that, their app is mediocre. They don’t have Face ID. The app works, it’s just that they are bad and unprofessional.
Awful Updates
Who ever made the update to this app needs to be fired.
It went from an easy user friendly interface to an over complicated horribly designed nightmare. Making payments used to be so easy and quick, but now you have to make sure it’s not trying to auto apply your payments somewhere you don’t want them to go because some genius thought it would be a good idea to pre-decide what you want to pay.
Awful. Go back to the old layout or remove the multiple tabs for payment options and stop automatically filling in payment amounts to accounts you think we want to pay.

No easy access
Why there is no Face ID login in this app? It’s a hassle to login every time even though it’s an app.
