Easy and helpful
This app not only makes the payment process super easy but it allows to make extra payments on principal or escrow. Additionally, the payment calculator is extremely helpful to let you know when your loan will be paid off and how you can pay it off sooner.
Failing
Ever since I downloaded the app I am no longer able to pay. It keeps telling me to go to the website. But every time I try to go to the website it sends me back to the online sign in page and it does not appear that I am able to even access the website. I guess I'm going to have to cancel out everything and start all over again but the problem is I don't know the loan number required to start all over again because I can't sign in to see my account and see my loan number! This has only happened since I started trying to use the app instead of using the login online.
