Require passcode every time you login really annoying.
Easy and helpful
This app not only makes the payment process super easy but it allows to make extra payments on principal or escrow. Additionally, the payment calculator is extremely helpful to let you know when your loan will be paid off and how you can pay it off sooner.
Failing
Ever since I downloaded the app I am no longer able to pay. It keeps telling me to go to the website. But every time I try to go to the website it sends me back to the online sign in page and it does not appear that I am able to even access the website. I guess I'm going to have to cancel out everything and start all over again but the problem is I don't know the loan number required to start all over again because I can't sign in to see my account and see my loan number! This has only happened since I started trying to use the app instead of using the login online.

This is the worst website for paying your mortgage I have ever used. six tries before it took me to the right page. Fix it so paying a bill has one site directly to the bill pay site.This website sux to no end. Get a more simple login page to pay your bill

Sign in is horrible
You should be able to login on app with just Face ID without having to retrieve a passcode in your email.
Impossible
I have used this app many times before, but this time it was crazy acting. It would not accept the code that was emailed to me. There is trouble getting back to the page that you put the emailed code in and sometimes different numbers appeared. If you start at the beginning page, the app will ask to send a code to email again.

Log in is terrible. Sending me to enter 6 digit code that never works.
