The app is okay but has rough edges: (1) FaceID takes an extra click to activate, (2) mortgage totals update in some places but not others,(3) statement location buried. It feels like the development team doesn’t use the app.

Resetting my password and turning off my faceid. What is the point of this app if you keep locking me out? My devices are updated with the latest software.

What a pointless app! Agent on the phone says to send a message for requests and the app will time out and log you out so your message is lost and doesn’t get sent. I tried 3 times.
