Log in issues
This app has some log in issues where every month I have to reset my password, sometimes multiple times to even use the app. I reset it then go to login and get and OOOOOPS message and then my password still doesn’t work. It’s become overly frustrating

Terrible. It takes 3 days every month to reset passwords to get in to make a payment terrible app and website just horrible
Poor loan practices
They added home owners insurance with notification to the homeowner

Auto pay
With no notice the auto pay stopped and now my payment is late!!
Let me pay my mortgage
App is broken. Kicks back error messages constantly, won’t let me sign in. Once I get that working it won’t let me make a payment and just kicks back more useless error messages. Get the payment page working and more error messages when I go to submit. Won’t let me access the app when I’m outside of the country unless I switch on a US VPN. It’s old and clunky, needs a whole new development team.

Auto dialer consent issues
Every time I launch the app, I’m asking to consent to auto dialing. Every time I try to select yes. And every time after submitting, I get an “oops something went wrong” error banner at the top. Please fix!

It’s suspicious that I HAVE TO agree to my personal information being shared in order to pay my mortgage

Issues Signing In
Very frustrating, always having issues signing in, have had to change my password numerous times. Keeps telling be the app doesn’t exist but then tells me I already have the app! Would actually like to see my statements and make payments online instead of calling them in.
