This is the worst loan company, or company period that I have ever dealt with. I know my loan officer knew from day one she wasn’t going to let my loan go through. Everyday she added more more paperwork that she needed. Til I finally told my realtor I don’t know what she wants. She was never available by phone, and one night it’s 9:30 pm she’s texting/emailing. We finally switched to another loan company such difference. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I agree with a previous comment as soon as you saw my driver’s license your mind was made up

Would not recommend this company to anyone, honestly I feel the second they saw my ID and seen I was a man of color, I wasn’t getting a loan! They just played with me and my time! I’m a travel nurse and get paid weekly with a weekly allowance I make almost $35k in 3 months with zero debt everything I have is paid off, yet the first excuse was I need a “co-buyer” mean I need a white person to back me because according to the bank my color is a liability, second excuse was I have to much debt and need to pay off my credit cards, yet I have 100% payment history and all my cards are paid on time and are paid off, when all of that didn’t work, now they can only use my taxable income which would cut my income by half so it looks like I wouldn’t make enough! How far will they go?
