Rainfall Effect (Marin County, CA only) Predictions now factor in recent rainfall. Auto-detects conditions or use the slider to simulate scenarios. High Tide Countdown Live countdown timer to the next notable high tide. Plus everything from previous updates: Smarter Predictions Flood predictions now calibrated with real king tide observations and atmospheric pressure data. Barometric Pressure Low pressure storms can raise water levels — now factored into predictions automatically. Commute Alerts Daily flood check at 6 AM and 3 PM. After the recent floods in Marin, I know I am quite happy to see this app having been developed, and I know many others will be as well. Looking forward to the expansion out to Oakland where I also spend a lot of time. So far, so good with the functionality.
