Frustrated
Probably one of the most frustrating app experiences I ever had. App won’t recognize my pro ID and sends me in circles using text verification. Sometimes I receive a verification code but there is no field in which to enter it. Too bad. I really love the store and want to use an app to record purchases and projects.

Terrible app
I loathe apps that make you give them allllllllllllllllllllll your info in order to see a price. Took 25 min to fill out then it stopped working
I’m really disappointed with the developers and leadership decisions.
I’m really disappointed with this app. All functionality is locked behind creating an account, agreeing to multiple sets of terms and conditions, and providing personal information. It’s hard to even understand what the app offers before being asked to commit to all of that. This creates the impression that collecting user data is prioritized over demonstrating value.

The store adds a little bit of convenience. They do have some inventory, but they don’t do anything for the contractors as far as discounts they give you points. I spent 14,000 last month and I got two $40 gift cards. Give me a break! DalTile is the way to go deep discounts, good availability, professional

This app won’t even let me select my account on iPhone
Buggy, unstable and useless
I deleted this app a year ago as it was impossible to do precise search and to scroll down without the list jumping around. I downloaded it again hoping for improvements but nope. Same issues as a year ago. Useless.

The app is trash, been doing business with floor and decor going on 12 years, they have never fixed their app, can’t even see if what’s on app is actually in stock or even able to get anymore, and then you type something that you’re looking for and it always send you to cleaning supplies lol, what a joke

I would like to utilize this but it’s too much work. Too difficult to log in even after setting up the biometrics. Make it easy for us and we may be willing to travel for the savings. Otherwise meh.

I type grey tile in the search bar and I get 5 tiles and every tool in the store in the results.
Crashes too much
Crashes and freezes. Also keeps asking for update but no update is available in the App Store.

Couldn’t even create an account on ios
Couldn’t see the lines of what I was typing. Closed out tried again to create account. Got all typed in but wouldn’t move past the next screen. Horrible experience. Like the store, to bad.
Can’t login
I type in the correct email and password and it won’t log me in on the app but it will online. The app is also very slow to load.
