I was logged out of my account after an update, and I’ve lost everything. I’ve tried every email I’ve ever created and no luck. I have over 50 houseplants and have been paying for the full version of this app for almost 4 years. Over $100 just down the drain.

Annoyed
I had been using this app since around 6/5 and came on to add some new flowers. It informed me that it needed to update. When I went back into the app after it was done, it informed me that my email wasn’t registered and I had to set up a whole new account. It had been going great, except my monitor doesn’t like to stay paired, I just stopped using it and decided to use my brain and pay attention to the plant myself. I’ve actually have some Zinnias that are close to flowering and I haven’t had a seed go to flower, really ever.
If I could get my account back, I would give a 4 star, because of the monitor not pairing, but can I really blame an app for a device? If they are promoting it…🤷♀️

Is the pod usable with a subscription?
I bought the flora pod. The app keeps pushing a trial on me. I would like to know if I can use it without a subscription. Otherwise, I’m going to return it. Thanks.

Lost account
Signed up with Flora through my Apple ID. Went fine for a while but the different tier plans offered through Apple are very confusing. They offer many different paid plans, several of them the same duration plan (weekly, monthly, etc) but with different costs. Started with 7.99 per week only to find out I could have been paying 12.99 per month. Switched to that and then upgraded to a 29.99 per year plan only to find out that was somehow a downgrade? (No longer got the premium plan with that). Tried to upgrade back to the premium plan with a 59.99 per year but the app didn’t register that. Tried to logout and log back in to see if it needed a reset only to find out I could no longer sign in using Apple ID (only Google or email). Tried email login but app said I don’t have an account under that email (which is the same email as my Apple ID). I can now no longer get into my account t and have lost access to my 21 plants’ data. Terrible experience. Gonna seek a refund and use a different app instead.

So worth it!!
I have tried so many plant apps and this one is by far my favorite. I have whatever the opposite of a green thumb is and my plants have never looked better. Worth the subscription for sure.

Disappointing, I can’t get my pod to work, and they have no customer service for the product that has been able to help me
Notifications
Notifications stopped working. I don’t get them at all anymore. This used to be intermittent, but it is now consistent.
This is a vital feature for me to keep using this app. Without it, I will go somewhere else.

Love this App and using the free trial however, little steep in the price and most likely will not be able to keep the app.
