Terrible
As the other reviews suggest, this is a terrible app. It currently opens to a welcome message and a completely blank screen. Useful! Mostly it just passes you over to the website, which is itself terrible.
This app is horrible
Can’t see anything on this app. Will not load amount total nor can I navigate the app. App is frozen or constantly loading.

Awful app. Doesn’t download anything. The redirect to the website is worse each year.
Bare bones tool. Could be so much more useful.
App just lets you submit claims. You can’t see any documentation from claims submitted. You can’t review your history. You can’t review denials or pull up emails that have been sent to you. App is just a blunt tool for claims submission.

The app is useless. It’s literally just a white screen with Flores and their icon. My balance used to display but that stopped a while ago. At this point it’s just taking up space on my phone. Don’t bother with it. Just use the website. It doesn’t even deserve one star but I was forced to give it to post the review. So really 0 stars out of 5.

Don’t work
I can open it but it doesn’t show me any information.
On 1/1/26 they won’t allow 2025 claims on the app.
Flores pulled their usual stunt. Once the end of 2025 rolls around they stop accepting 2025 claims on the app, even though claim period is until 3/31/26.

Stuck in a loop
After adding images, filling in the info, it says that the claim is incomplete and I restart again. You have one job and it’s not working!
Can’t submit claim
I keep trying and it keeps telling me I’m missing information and resetting the screen so I have type everything back in. Repeat. No email contact or chat. I guess I have to call.

This has got to be the worst HSA App on the market. The Flores website isn’t much better. I would give negative stars if I could.

Absolutely useless. Glitches galore. Will not access camera regardless of settings. Photos same. This company has gone down the tubes. Was one great now useless. No way to get your money back out. Scammers.

App wont access camera???
Please fix your app. I want to submit a claim, but the app tells me that i need my settings to allow access to the camera or photos even though I already allow it to access them and/or have selected a photo to upload yet the app still will not upload a photo. It does not allow me to submit a claim online and keeps telling me to use the app. But your app doesn’t work. Let me access my money. It used to work in the past I’ve had this for years and all of a sudden it doesn’t work anymore? What the heck has happened?

Can’t Make Claims
Tried to submit a claim. Just keeps giving an error message saying you need to complete. All spaces are filled. It doesn’t seem correctly formatted to submit claims.
