Dislike the new update
Not as user friendly as it was before the App.
Cannot log in
Since the latest update, it’s practically impossible to log into this App. Email account and password are not recognized. If you wait 24 hours, somehow you’re magically allowed to login. Be sure and save your tickets while you can - you have been warned!
Garbage App
As with all things associated with Ticketmaster, this app is garbage
App Crashes at Game Time
Tickets bought through the app could not be accessed during the first quarter yesterday and there were nearly a thousand people who could not enter due to this.
They also make you link ticketmaster but you still cannot access them from ticketmaster.
They also send you an email with your tickets, which when clicked instead of opening up the tickets, opens up the Gator app instead, and you guessed it, still would not load.
There is no contingency in place for this so if you did not screenshot or print your ticket before hand then oops, you’re screwed. No one can look up your ticket and the confirmation that you purchased a ticket is not enough apparently.
Absolutely brutal experience trying to use this app and am disappointed in UF for not having some back up system in place to allow people who purchased these tickets into the game.

App is dysfunctional
It has had problems for years but it’s now the worst I’ve seen it . Cycles through all kinds of mistaken screens and will not allow user to resolve issue even with a log out . Can’t update password either . Why can’t we get a functional app for what we pay for gator tickets ?
Terrible
This app doesn’t work properly 90% of the time because it’s not updated regularly. Last updated 6 months ago and the app won’t update the feed for tickets. So tickets for games that were in the past are still showing in the feed. Takes forever to load.
Poorly designed
One of the worst designed app interfaces I’ve experienced. Unnecessarily difficult to claim your ticket. Wish I didn’t have to use this app

Checking out the baseball game today, I wanted to see the batting stats for my Gators. Opened the App and what? No cumulative season stats? Last weekend I missed the games on Saturday. On Sunday I went to check results. What a cumbersome process having to check each sport individually. The website is not like that. You guys can do better.

Constant Crashing
DO NOT UPDATE. Terrible app that constantly crashes when trying to access tickets. If you can currently access your tickets, DO NOT UPDATE.
Update crashes app
I updated the app and now it crashes as soon as you try to open it. I can’t access anything on the app now.
Broken App
The app has last year’s football roster on it and won’t sort by position. Seem to miss basic functionality.
Gators app failed
This is the worst update for sports I have. I primarily used the app to check for the time and place for any game of Gators- women and men. This update makes it SO difficult to find that information I can’t use it . This is a waste of time.
Horrible UX
The one thing that people would use this thing for - access to their tickets - is garbage. I can’t log out of the account I entered because there is no way to sign out, which is user experience 101. Even deleting the app doesn’t help because it automatically logs you back in to the same account when you re-install. If you’re going to force people to use virtual tickets at least try to make it so that the experience is a good one.

Horrible App
I accidentally signed in with the wrong Ticketmaster account and there is no sign out button so I can log in with the right Ticketmaster account and now I cannot access my season tickets. There is no sign out feature in the app which is pretty standard. This needs to be fixed soon, please. My tickets are mobile only!

Pick your favourite teams,team notifications
I would like to see in any future updates is the ability to select your favourite teams and set your favourite team notifications as well, I love the new look of the app much better
