New update bad
The app is just one big error, no pun intended! I open and immediately receive an error. I’ve deleted and re added yo no avail

It’s been months since it stopped working on iphone. Ridiculous.
Unfuctional
The app does not even work a lot of time. I have deleted & redownloaded it multiple times. This app could definitely use an upgrade.

Not user friendly
This app is not user friendly at all especially when it comes to entering/scanning the promotion scratch off. It would be better if it defaulted to the last option that was scanned or it allowed you to scan continuously.

This app is come a LONG way compared to the past. They definitely fixed the barcode scanning and they have updated the scratch off games.
I do recommend double checking your ticket with your eyes just in case. Don’t ever trust a computer 100%, your brain is always the best processor.

My app is up to date!
I’m trying to enter a promotion and it says open the my stuff tab. There is no such tab on the app. Only my favorites. Please fix this app!!!
Not working anymore

Can’t open app. Enter birthday and then receive msg Oops an unexpected error occurred Try again later. Never works. Tried Nov 2025, Dec 2025 and again today. Same issue
Florida lottery winning numbers that I used to have on my app iPhone and it’s no longer there.
I am not happy at all. I use this app all the time and I cannot get it to read my scratch offs. This is a problem. I uninstalled it and now I can’t get back on.
Glitch
The app will not load today 06/02. It states “error opps unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”. I have being trying again “later” to no avail. Even deleted the app, cleared cache, restarted phone, redownloaded app .. still receiving same error message. Also, the “app support” is a joke!! It just sends to online website without assistance.

Barcode scanner doesn’t work
This app is useless. It doesn’t read the barcode on scratch offs. Don’t waste your time.

Pretty lousy
As others have mentioned, generating a code to scan at a retailer for playing a game like mega millions just doesn’t work. So that feature is completely useless. In addition, the “Check if numbers have one before” feature for picking, say, mega millions numbers doesn’t work either.
The “check ticket” function works most of the time. If you have lockdown mode enabled on your phone, it won’t work, though that isn’t surprising.
Finally, the UI/UX is unpolished, clunky, and below average looking.
Don’t bother installing. Florida lottery, you should just make your website work on mobile phones and ditch the app entirely.

It worked well before the latest update
Before the latest update, I had no issues. Now I can’t save my favorite numbers anymore and the numbers that I had saved are gone. This app has turned into trash. I wish I was able to read it zero stars.
Been getting the Oops! Error
Been getting the Oops! Error for months. Removed the App multiple times waited till today. Says updated 1 week ago. I put in my DOB even different dates and STILL NOTHING! To the second hand App I go…. Get a New Coder!! Signed Former App DEV
Updates billing problem nope I don’t buy tickets on line
It’s saying give a credit card for purchases. I haven’t ordered anything . I get my tickets from the store so now it won’t update . I guess I will have to stop buying tickets if I can not check them . This is dumb on your part. Fix or I won’t buy tickets .
Winning numbers history gone
With the new update you can only view a few months of the winning numbers history. Whereas before you could view all the way back to 2025, which was the best part of the app.
Crashes instantly every time
Used to work well, but for the last 2 1/2 weeks the app will start up and then an unexpected error will occur and it says to refresh. Doesn’t work. Deleted and reinstalled. Doesn’t work. Using the latest iOS public release on my phone. The features I typically use are to check my scratch offs in case I missed something, and also to look for scratch off tickets with the most prizes left. Please fix!

App sucks
I’m not sure what’s going on but lately this app isn’t working. It won’t let me login and when i deleted the app and added it back, it still failed. I can’t scan anything
