About

"Why do I feel like this today?" — the answer is usually somewhere in your cycle. Flory isn't just a place to log your period. It's built to tell you which phase your body is in today, what tends to happen next, and how sure it actually is. TODAY'S FORECAST Open the app and the ring shows your phase, the day of your cycle, and how long until your next period. It shifts a little every day. HONEST PREDICTIONS, WITH RANGES Flory won't tell you "your period starts on the 14th." It says "around the 12th–16th, medium confidence." When there isn't enough data yet, it says so: "log two more cycles and this gets sharper." No invented precision. EVERY KIND OF LOG, FREE Period, mood, symptoms, sleep, skin, weight, pain, basal body temperature, LH tests — no logging field is behind a paywall, and there's no cap on entries. Today's log takes about three seconds. YOUR OWN PATTERNS As entries build up, Flory surfaces patterns that are yours: headaches clustering before your period, mood dipping in a particular window. Drawn from your data, not a population average. TRYING TO CONCEIVE Turn on TTC mode to log basal body temperature and LH strips, and Flory narrows your fertile window using what you actually recorded. Toggle it on or off whenever you like. YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES THIS PHONE There is no account. No login. Your records never reach our servers — we didn't build a path for them to travel. Backups are written as encrypted files locked with a password you choose, and they stay on your phone unless you share them. Moving to a new phone happens over a QR code, encrypted the whole way. APP LOCK Protect Flory with Face ID or a 6-digit passcode. Free. SEVEN STYLES Cream Veil, Moonlight, Sage, Peach Fizz, Ember, Velvet, Ink Dusk. Pick whichever fits today. FLORY PLUS — ONE-TIME PURCHASE No subscription. Pay once and it's yours. • Zero ads, gone the moment you buy • A PDF report you can hand to a doctor • Complete history, plus deep symptom-by-phase patterns • Fertility workspace: temperature curve and ovulation review • Reminder rules you set yourself • Your year in cycles • Unattended encrypted backups • Six additional styles Every Plus feature we add later is included too. ALWAYS FREE All logging, honest forecasts with ranges, guidance on when to see a doctor, encrypted backup, and moving to a new phone. We won't put a paywall on any of it. A NOTE ON MEDICINE Flory is not a medical device and does not diagnose. It cannot be used as a method of contraception. If something worries you, please talk to a healthcare professional.

What's New in Flory

4.1

August 26, 2026

4.1 is mostly fixes. CORRECT OR DELETE A PERIOD Open a day in the calendar and, if that day falls inside a period you logged, the sheet now ends with "Correct the dates" and "Delete this period." • Correcting rewrites that one period. It never adds a second one. • Deleting keeps your mood, symptoms and weight for those days. All that goes away is "this day was a period day." WHAT YOU WRITE TAKES EFFECT AT ONCE Before, you could log something and still see an old ring or an old average cycle until you reopened the screen. In 4.1 your ring, calendar, average cycle, Insights, fertile window and year in review all refresh the moment you write. Flow on the today check-in now lights up the instant you tap it, too. LOGGING THE PAST FINALLY COUNTS • Add last month's period after the fact and it now counts toward your average cycle. Before, nothing happened at all. • Move a start date earlier — "it actually began two days ago" — and the correction sticks. ALSO FIXED • Logging a new period could silently rewrite the period before it. • Dates that overlap a period you already logged are caught before saving, with a clear message. • Deleting a period could leave the ring saying "period" and the cycle day jumping. Screen and data now agree. As always, your records stay on this phone.
