German phone number not accepted during registration
I am trying to register with a German phone number, but the app only allows 8 digits even after selecting Germany. German mobile numbers are longer, so I cannot complete registration. Please fix the international phone-number field

The german phone number validation is not working
I tried to sign up as tunisian living in germany the app puts the correct country (germany) but it doesn’t allow me to type the full phone number the validation i think is set for 8 digits phone numbers which is a huge bug please fix it !!!

J’ai rencontré un problème lors de la création de mon compte sur votre application avec mon numéro de téléphone français. En effet, le champ de saisie est limité à 8 caractères, alors qu’un numéro français en comporte 10. Cela m’empêche de finaliser mon inscription, même en ayant correctement sélectionné la France comme indicatif pays.

Service bancaire
Encore et encore on trouve des difficultés avec les services bancaires en Tunisie. Applications innovantes mais pas de pratique… malgré que j’ai fait la souscription et j’ai mise tout les informations nécessaires identité etc et jusqu’à maintenant le parcours de souscription n’est pas encore confirmé après plus qu’un mois

La création de compte est assez ludique et facile.
Hélas, c'est la seule fonctionnalité qui marche sur cette application bancaire.
Le retrait sans carte au GAB, ne fonctionne pas.
J’ai fait une demande de carte bancaire virtuelle, qui est en attente depuis bientôt trois semaines.
Le support me répond constamment la même chose.
Bref, pour résumer :
Une néo-banque où il est simple d’y déposer de l’argent. Mais compliqué, voire impossible de le retirer, on est à la limite de l’arnaque.
