OTP Issue
I really hope that the issue of OTP code get fixed as soon as possible this is really affecting the bank reputation especially since it’s an international bank, I hope that Biat team can read my message and do their best to fix this issue
APP DOESNT WORK
This is honestly one of the most frustrating banking app experiences I’ve ever had. The app simply does not work, and I’ve been trying to access my account for almost 10 days without success.
I went to my local BIAT agency seeking assistance, and they were unable to resolve the issue. I then called customer support at 31 311 818, expecting help, but that also led nowhere. How is it possible for a bank’s digital service to be unusable for more than a week with no effective support from either the branch or the helpline?
In 2026, customers should not have to spend days chasing solutions just to use basic banking services. The lack of technical reliability and the inability of support channels to solve a simple login problem is unacceptable.
BIAT seriously needs to improve both its app stability and customer support. Very disappointing experience.

It’s been down for months and the bank doesn’t care
MyBIAT app has been preventing me from adding funds to my card since November 2025. And I literally flew to tunis to fix this and still nothing. Now the app won’t even open. Absurd!
The worst app and the worst thing in the world
There’s no customer service and this is the worst and they are taking a high fees for any transaction or payment
