Info disappears
This app could be really awesome, but I entered and saved client information and the next time I opened the app, the info was gone. Will this be fixed?

Crashed and lost everything
What is worse than an app that you don’t like? An app that you love so much that you put 100% of your client tracking into it, only to find out one day when tapping it, that it’s empty. I tried looking for a “contact” system inside the app, but there is nothing there. ZERO SUPPORT. I would pay $100 a month for something like this that had a guarantee that it was backed up. The cloud based websites are more complicated than my needs. I lived the simplicity of this app. Now I know that simple and free often means “may crash at any moment.”

Sorry to hear about the data loss - we are working on a method to provide back-up support, without breaking client confidentiality (the original reason for not doing so).
