Hi there, thank you for your review and we're very sorry about the technical issue you're experiencing. We identified a bug in a recent update and have now released a fix. If you’re still experiencing the issue, please delete the app from your device, reinstall it on a supported smartphone, and then log back in using the credentials linked to your account. This should allow you to launch the app and log in again. Without identifying any personal information here in this response, the Facebook group administrator did indeed pass your message on to us. They mentioned that they had asked you to contact us with your device and account details so that we could investigate. However, we haven’t yet received a helpdesk message that we can associate with this issue. If the pre-mentioned steps don't work to fix the issue, please contact us through our website by scrolling to the bottom of the page, selecting Help Center, and using the green help button in the bottom-right corner. Once we have your details, we’ll be happy to investigate and get this sorted out for you.

Re Dev Response: if the account information page was accurate I would have cancelled earlier. Refusing a refund on these grounds is simply acting in bad faith.
