Being charged twice
Hi, I had a yearly subscription from Spet 2024 to sept 2025. Then I don’t know how I got another yearly overlapping subscription from May 2025 to May 2026. So basically since May 2025, I am paying twice for the exact same app. I want to ask fora refund on the second subscription which is not legit!

Please add Chinese translation subtitles, all English really doesn't understand what is being taught. We are not good at English, so we came to learn. But you don't understand how to learn?

The subscription isn't functioning on the iMac.
I’m curious why I already have a subscription on my Apple phone, but when I access it on my iMac, it prompts me to subscribe again. Why isn’t my account working there?

Refund Request for unused Subscription
I subscribed last year to try and used the app quite a bit in 2024, but I stopped using it since I found other apps I prefer. Recently, I noticed I was charged $59.99 for the renewal, even though I haven't been using it.
I immediately reached out by email to request a refund, but I haven't heard back. I also contacted Paddle, and they told me they couldn’t process the refund but assured me your team would get back to me. That was in early April, and I’ve been waiting patiently, but I still haven't received any response.
I’d really appreciate it if you could process my refund. It shouldn’t be so complicated to get a refund for a service I no longer use.
