Poor service
I have booked the ride for 6pm, no one showed up. Instead they have recorded as I have missed the ride and they have charged. No refund as well.
No tracking in the app, no driver details. Customer service is pathetic.

I have booked at 2:30 pm and nobody showed up. They refunded me though I did not ask for refund. They wasted my time and money.
