Unreliable Service
I booked one time to try how it works and waited for more than 30 minutes but bus did not come then I had to opt for other transport. The location is also not accurate, my money and time both got wasted, very poor service and no contact number of driver is mentioned.

If you have a time to catch this is very unreliable. The expected time arrival in the app is not true. in my experience pick up tine is 6:05, The bus arived at 6:20. Drop off time is 7:05 now its 8 oclock ( the time when I am typing this review) and i am still 40 minutes away to my destination! very annoying!

Great Service
I have used DrivenBus for my daily commute. The buses are new with air conditioning and I can track the location of the bus via the app.

Poor service! Inconsistent timings for pick up especially drop off! They always change drivers so be ready to sit at the bus for 2-3 hrs! This company needs to be closed as this is so useless and frustrating!!!!! Management is so worthless
