How Apple have a nerve to send an email to remind you that a fake app subscription’s is expiring and the fact it’s still on the App Store. Go figure. If you think Apple will give you a refund, think again!! Spoke to Apple Support and the Manager actually said there’s no way that we can give you your money back but can help others know it’s a SCAM!! The app is still on their platform!! So, if you buy a SCAM APP on here the Apple refund computer won’t give you a refund!! Beware buying any app again. Apple will take their cut and leave you high and dry!! PS:- Apple Support managers belittle you 100%!!

I am writing to report a fraudulent app and request a refund for a subscription I purchased.
I recently subscribed to an app called Highsfield on the App Store for $29.99. However, shortly after, the app changed its name to Fly AI without notice. Both versions of the app are completely non-functional — they do not perform as described, and I am unable to use any features I paid for.
It appears this was a scam from the beginning. The app no longer does what was originally advertised, and the switch to a different app name is highly suspicious.
Please investigate this issue and process a full refund for this deceptive and unusable subscription.
