1 minute AND for a cheaper price!

As the system needs to verify your phone number to provide services, if you do not have a local Hong Kong SIM card, passengers can place orders through the WeChat Mini Program or use WhatsApp to book a trip. To place an order via the WeChat Mini Program, please click on "I am a mainland (+86) or Macau (+853) user" below. Stopped working

It worked great for years then now i am forced to register and it doesn't work. I call and the registration keeps failing. The WhatsApp doesn't work either. terrible system. Just do a text message like normal apps.

Worst cab app ever

Did absolutely nothing tried it out for a week and no taxi take the orders

Terrible Customer Support / Primitive Communication

Driven to write a review based on their horrible customer support. I’ve only been able to connect to a taxi 1 out of every 5 times I try to order via the app. The app is limited to Chinese speakers and doesn’t easily provide guidance to change languages (still haven’t found it). Customer support hangs up a few seconds after screeching they cannot help and does not wait for you to ask a question.

Works well, but English UI needs some attention.

The app has allowed me to get a taxi off the main paths in HK. The English option is so-so, with some of the drop down menus only in Chinese.

Great service

I used this app recently to order a very early morning taxi to the airport. The service was excellent. The driver arrived in good time, and the price was fair. Have already recommended to my friends.
