Location map window too small
Hi, good working App, but only the map window is too small to see where your taxi is. Yes, one can zoom out, but still, would prefer if the upper and lower menu would be collapsable.
Suggestion for improvement
The app is great, thanks for the developer team.
May I suggest to add one option for user selection:
“Require Non-smoking driver / no smoke odor inside the taxi”
Since it’s very important for non-smokers and customers with sensitive airway especially for children (e.g. asthma)

He marks up the price from 16x hkd to 191hkd! It supposes 15% off, he even count the wrong price (based on mark up price) and charge me 179! He drives to wrong way also!!! My worker said she saw him mark up the price during driving. 唔識路又唔睇地圖！shame on you.
Convenient and Reliable
Drivers are responsive to bookings with calls to confirm. 90% of them drive smoothly despite traffic conditions. Thank you.
Excellent Taxi App( replaces HK taxi )
Just use it as usual, and add tips to jump the queue or actually get a taxi when you badly need it , extra HK 100 or 150 will get you a cab anywhere and anytime .
It’s sad that HK taxi was acquired by Uber and they stopped the ability to pre tip , now this is the replacement app

Quick response
Use it on a daily basis and responses have been quick. Driver will then immediately call to confirm time and location. Pretty happy with the app.
Inaccurate location
The location I placed is never correct (I used the function of “現時位置”), which usually requires me or the driver to go a long way to the accurate location… Take me a very long time to get on the taxi! (I tried waiting 20 mins…)
Very bad experience
This morning we tried to call a taxi on the app. But the app cannot correctly locate us or the driver. We waited for 20 minutes and the driver couldn’t find us. Eventually we had to give up. We were very anxious because we were trying to catch an airplane. This is terrible experience for us!

User unfriendly and poor quality of drivers
The app is clunky to use. The app only allows you to use preset locations, so you often cannot type in your exact location (and end up in arguments with the driver). One cannot see the location of drivers and therefore gauge how long they are going to take. The function which automatically asks users to give a tip (often set at quite a high number) is also annoying. It seems that there is a culture of drivers only taking orders with a premium on this platform.
Drivers also often cancel immediately after taking an order. The app does not then automatically reissue that order.
The quality of drivers and cars on this platform are poor, the cars are often very old and the drivers are often rude and personal hygiene-challenged. I assume this app is currently doing well because they are picking up users from the now sadly defunct HKTaxi which was excellent.

bad app with bad taxi drivers in the data base
Bad interface, no rating system which customers cannot prevent from matching with bad drivers with bad attitude, bad drivers overcharged and there’s no way to complain, customer service is not responsive. rubbish app
Good and convenient service
The app is very easy to use and takes just a min to get a cab! It’s very convenient.
Terrible tipping setting
Misleading default tipping setting guides users to pay extra fee on purpose. You should consider allowing users to add the tips in case there are no responses, instead of asking the amount in the upfront. Bad experience
