انتظر استرداد مبالغ منهم منذ اكثر من شهرين و مماطلة من الشركة بالرغم من تاكيدهم انه المبلغ مستحق و كل شي ؟ لكن مماطلة منذ منتصف مارس . وحاسس فلوسي راحت علي. للاسف .

أسوء تطبيق كانوا يعملون مسابقات عشان الناس يحملون التطبيق ونساعدهم وينشهر ولا أعطونا حقنا من ايام البقمي ندعي عليهم الله لايوفقهم ولايربحهم
REFUND TAKING LONG TIME
I requested refund last May 7, 2025 but still not receiving the refund till now, today is June 25,2025 already. I paid 3,052.97Aed in total with this, there is a service fee of 222.81aed on top of that there is a transaction fee of 94.00aed still I booked but now I am receiving this kind of service.
I asked for them refund and didn’t go on with my flight due to personal reasons. I asked them how much will be refunded they told me 2036aed, so for the charge of my cancellation its 1000+ aed but still I told them to cancel.
Please do something about this matter as I’ve been following up for long time. They exceeded the 30days already excluding Holidays and Weekends.
