They flydubai app does not allow me to paste my credit card information into it.
Unusable, no clipboard
This is just a terrible cheap app. Too many issues to mention, but currently trying to do mobile check in and it doesn’t even allow pasting of personal details, so I have to painstakingly memorise passport information and manually type it in.

Worst Experience ever
I was always preferred for my family , this time my family travel with FZ336 from Karachi to Dubai , I booked full flex and choose meal as Indian by believing that there will be enough for my wife and baby , as per my wife the meal was served was not just small but super small and when my wife asked the attendant to give at least fruit the attendant denied by saying that you have to pre book and we can’t give anything extra and you can’t buy anything because they don’t have buying options, may be that could be policy but as an customer service the attendant could have provided but instead they choose to deny the service , so this is what they advertise that travel by fly Dubai and get best service,ahh they should change it to fly by fly Dubai and even if you are hungry they will give nothing because you are doing crime to travel by fly Dubai ,fly Dubai management , keep up your good work , pls give all your best service to vip not the normal customer, shame on you guys , you could not provide a fruit platter to my child , so if any one wanna travel with your child or baby , pls carry your baby food with you or you are 1000% are making crime

لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول الى التطبيق في ايفون
التطبيق جيد لكن وضعت نجمة واحدة لشد انتباه الشركة لخلل في تسجيل الدخول الى التطبيق على أجهزة الايفون ، كما يظهر فالبرنامج مصمم ليتم الدخول اليه كمستخدم مسجل بخطوتين لكن للأسف بعد إرسال الكود السري إلى رقم المستخدم او ايميله وتعبئة الحقول الخاصة بذلك لا يحدث شيء ولا يوجد خيار للتقدم بعدها، يوجد فقط تغيير طريقة ارسال الكود او العودة للبداية لذلك اعتقد أنه لا أحد يمكنه الدخول الى التطبيق الا كزائر.

Terrible Customer Service and Mishandling
I paid for an extra legroom seat, but due to FlyDubai’s mistakes and poor communication I lost it and was only given a useless voucher. Despite explaining the issue multiple times, customer service ignored my emails with copy-paste replies. I had to buy the seat again just to avoid more stress on my short vacation. I will not be booking with FlyDubai again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable airline.

for years I am unable to copy the Confirmation code into the app "Manage my booking" and have to put in each letter seperately instead of simply copy and paste. Its missing the option to paste inside the text bar. (manage my booking -> Booking reference)
Remember my details!
The app works well, intuitive and gives you what you need. I just wished it would remember my details even when logged in!
