I used Flyesim for my trip through multiple countries through Southeast Asia and the app was easy to use with detailed installation instructions.

Do NOT use this app. The description said iOS 17 or later and my phones IOS 18. I downloaded and paid for it and when I came up install, I get an error message that my phone is not compatible. I reach out to customer support and not only do they answer hours later, they tell me they won’t cancel the eSIM and refund my money when I ask. So not only does the eSIM not work but they keep my money and refuse to refund me. If I can give it 0 stars I would.

Bad costumer service
Bought an esim and because of the company warning note of that some phones might not take 2 esims at the same time, was afraid to install their esim that I just bought. Then contacted them to get a refund for the esim that I did not use and they told me, you should have contacted us from the start so we can tell you that your phone can handle 2 esims at the same time and we cannot help you now and offer you a refund even if you are not using our esim. Such a bad way to treat the costumer that you turn saying that the costumer is wrong and you are not going to help them out. Very bad company.

QR code
How could I scan the QR code to activate my Flyesim if the code is on phone. This does not really make sense and undoable. It should just be a link to click on it and activate.
