About

Pelvital USA, Inc.’s Flyte® app is an optional interface designed to enhance the user experience for women using the Flyte® System. The Flyte System is an FDA-cleared intravaginal device intended for conditioning and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles to treat women with stress urinary incontinence. The Flyte System is designed for in-home use to deliver treatment to the pelvic floor muscles during normal Kegel exercises. Flyte provides you with access to a Customer Care team staffed by Doctors of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor health. Registering for a Flyte app account requires a Flyte device and an invitation code from Flyte or your healthcare provider. Flyte is used for 5 minutes per day for 6 weeks. Once paired with the Flyte device, the Flyte app guides you through your daily treatment session, tracks your progress, and provides access to educational resources. If you register with a code from your healthcare provider, your provider also has access to your data to help monitor your progress. You should not use Flyte if you: • Are under 21 years of age; • Have given birth in the past 6 weeks; • Have had genitourinary or pelvic surgery in the past 6 weeks; • Have had vaginal surgery within the past 3 months; • Have experienced unusual or unexpected vaginal bleeding in the past 6 months; • Experience pain or a burning sensation when you urinate, which could indicate a urinary tract infection; • Experience vaginal discharge that has an odor, irritation, soreness, or itching, which could indicate a vaginal infection; • Have been diagnosed by your doctor with a severely dry (atrophic) vagina; • If you have a sensitivity or allergy to silicone.
