The app is efficient but
I had problems after I purchased my tickets. The app didnt let me check on the specific train and it seemed to switch to another station

Just like everyone else says, USA phone numbers don’t receive the code necessary to open an account. Completely useless.

I have the same issue as other users. In order to buy tickets, you need to create a profile. In order to create a profile, you need to enter a mobile number. However, at least for US numbers, these codes won’t arrive, rendering the app completely useless
Add USA support
Please add a way for the SMS to get to a US phone number. I can't create an account without it.

I have an American number. To buy a ticket, you need to create an account. To create an account the app needs to text you a code. I tried 5 times and never get a code. So the app is useless for me.

Couldn’t purchase on app
Couldn’t complete purchase of a ticket because the verification message never arrived to my US phone number even though my phone is working fine and I’m receiving all other texts.
Can’t buy tickets
Confirmation # never comes after entering mobile details. Without this, I can’t login and buy tickets.
US customers cannot purchase tickets with US phone
The company confirmed that a customer with a US mobile number cannot use the app to purchase tickets. Tickets may be purchased on the website. The app requires texting a code to a mobile phone, and despite displaying a US option, this is not functional.
Completely Useless
Downloaded the app upon arrival in Oslo in an attempt to streamline ticket purchasing, but ended up wasting time. I never received the activation code to create an account and purchase ticket, so I ended up hanging to use a kiosk. If you’re going to force folks to have an account to purchase tickets, this critical weakness needs to be corrected. App has been deleted.

Can’t sign up. Can’t sign in. Can’t get a confirmation code. Can’t buy a ticket without signing in. Awful.

Doesn’t work with a US phone number - never sends the text. Used my Portuguese number and it worked fine.

It works from e-mail not app
The app develop needs to check the algorithm for UX entry rules for definition of using or recognizing country code either +1 or +01 or get rid of separate country code data entry completely. I tried everything and never received a pin and never got into my account from the app.

Need a verification code sent to a cell phone to activate the app. As pointed out in other reviews, the code never arrives. Text messages are working fine on my phone so all good from my side.

I can’t buy a ticket without logging in or creating a profile. I can’t create a profile without a text message confirming my number which never comes through even though my phone does work and every other text arrives. So App is Useless!!!!!!!
