Worst app ever
It lost my boarding pass. Disappeared right before my eyes while saving to my wallet. Disgraceful

You get what you pay for. There is no way to contact anyone. Don’t believe me? Try to email them. Try the FB messaging app they give you. See what happens. In any other country this airline would be de-listed. Spend the few extra $s and don’t risk your life with this joke of an airline.
Avoid, it,s a scam
I have booked a flight from New York to Kiev using this App. Ukrainian airlines have canceled two flights in the row, Months after months going nowhere. They advertise and allow people to buy not operational flights, Holding people money for 90 days. Believe it or not, I’m still having problem getting my money back after I cancel my reservation. Avoid, it’s a scam.

What is wrong with you people?(
Who blocks a user out of their app for exceeding a time limit in using it? This is just another reason why nobody wants to deal with Ukraine and their useless attitude and greed and unaccountability. Crimea made the right choice.

Can’t check in with this app. Glitching when filling up an info with country of residency and it kicks you back to previous menu
Buggy and confusing
I’m unable to add my Panorama Club card or edit personal details through app or website. Every time I click “Save” it shows an error of missing “Country” which is not even on the screen. Looking at other reviews it looks like this error is not unique and being happening for a while (over 6 months) and no one is doing anything.
The app itself is very confusing, how do I check my flight status? There is no such option. Do I use check in? But I already checked in...how do I know what gate I should go to and what if it changes? Etc... why do I have two separate logins for Panorama Club and booking?
All other airlines figured out how to build their app and what’s important. This app is useless.
Edit: on top of all that their electronic boarding pass doesn’t work at airport ( printed or on the phone) so you have stand in the long line even if you don’t have any checked luggage.

Just a lame wrapped web-site and not properly connected to their Panorama frequent flyer program.
This app is a joke, UI barely works on older 4" devices (controls out of users' reach) and crashes every now and then.

The app does not save your boarding pass, as a result a had to pay check-in fee at the airport

I can’t check it n using web site and this application, because it asking enter field country that actually not exist. Country of residence and passport issued country set from drop list to united States of America. Absolutely useless application.
Simplistic app with limited functionality
Does not connect your panorama club account with your flights. Every time you need to enter reservation or ticket number to check in, instead of purchase long your flights. And so on... it is not a mature app you would expect from the air company.
Known traveler status doesn’t appear on boarding pass
It is very user friendly but doesn’t ask for or show known traveler number or status on the boarding pass
Regular failures on standard features
- Logged out for no reason when tried to buy extra luggage and wouldn’t let me back in for an hour to avoid ‘simultaneous changes’.
- Failed multiple transactions due to ‘api issue’.
- Did not show boarding pass on closed screen.

Good app quick and easy always works
No address field in profile details
It says I have to fill address field which is missing in the form so I’m not able to do anything.
Impossible to check in
Maybe because we are not residents of Ukraine, but for some reason it is impossible to check in and it is the only possibility?

Finally they hired someone to make the app and the site to work properly!!! Great!! No complaints! Nice and easy to understand!!

This app does not work on my iPad, second generation, can not see any mask for departure or destination city.
