App STILL sucks!!
This app is horrendous!! Updates / goes down without proper notifications. Has numerous log in errors , Face ID is sketchy . Too many password inputs to do things on app . Not a fan of current version. Guess this could always be worse !Fix the freaking thing already!!!

I want to love it
I want to love the new update, but it makes me just a frustrated if not more. I constantly get logged out. Says my session timed out and I just logged on! I try to navigate to the cards tab and the app crashes. I try to sign on and it asks me constantly if I want to switch user id. My biggest use of the app is the card control and I can’t even do that from the app itself right now.

Glitchy
This app BARELY works especially for the past year it is so glitchy and always keeps telling me “error” when I sign into the app. I tried to clear the cache but that didn’t work either.
Update is not moving forward
App updated and everything is a jumble. Does not work better and keeps asking to be reverfied with every action.

Broken and Useless
This app is absolutely broken and utterly useless 95% of the time. Transferring funds is borderline impossible and it removes the ability to login via faceID constantly. USAA is my other bank and their app has absolutely no issues, so I don’t understand how it’s possible for nearly every feature to be completely inaccessible. Every time I need something I have to make a phone call or drop by the bank in person because this app does not allow me to do a single thing I need.

Worked Great Until Today
This app has always worked great up until today. This morning it kept crashing as soon as I tried to open it. Now it gives me an error message as soon as I click it that says “You do not have network connectivity.” I have no idea why I’m getting this message or why it won’t work.,
Not for apple 12 pro maxx
Worked great on my apple 6s plus but since upgrading to an Apple 12 pro maxx I’ve had nothing but trouble. Won’t hold onto user I’d or password, won’t hold on to Face ID log in, now it won’t acknowledge that I have wifi or cell service. All settings have been checked and double checked by att. Guess I’ll have to change banks altogether now. I live an hour from any FNB bank so online access is essential. Suppose it’s time since this bank is outdated and charges fees just to keep your money here every month. Oh well, what a shame.

I've had this app on my phone for well over a year and the only thing that consistently works is the account balance view...
The mobile deposit is so horrible I've only got it to work once in the 20+ times I've tried to use it. I get more frustrated with this app than any other on my phone. They need to fix this crappy app, this is why people hate small banks.

This app is so convenient and easy to use. It's great when I'm busy and get to the bank, I just get on here and take care of my banking needs. It's easy to check my balances, transfer money, and the mobile deposit is the best!

Your phone app is amazing! It was easy to set up, you do have to be enrolled in online banking and then "boom"there it is.... User friendly and now I can access my accounts no matter where I am
