Functionality wise this app works the same as the FNB website, but with the benefit of easy biometric logins. I have a iPhone 8 so all I have is Touch ID, but I’m sure FaceID is also an option for those with newer iPhones that support it. I know it’s early, but this app lacks a few features that modern banking apps have. Push notifications for balances, transactions, deposits, etc. is a necessity that’s currently absent. Also a widget option for a quick glance at balances would be amazing. Lastly, while this does not pertain exclusively to the app, Apple Pay support would be even more amazing. Overall this is a much needed app and I greatly appreciate it, I look forward to seeing what comes next.
