Just because it’s new, doesn’t make it better
The new remote deposit in the app out are absolutely terrible compared to the old one. It was so much more common sense and intuitive and you could track your remote deposit so much easier and you got a confirmation number when you submitted them the new ones say processing forever and you’re always wondering did it really go through then you gotta go back and look at the bank feeds and try to match up dates to think that it actually did go through. Terrible

Problem needs to be addressed
Setting up the new payee, your form didn’t say that the phone number was required.
Best Community Bank anywhere
I have used several banks in the Tampa Bay community over the years, but none of them are as wonderful as FNB of Pasco. The people are what makes the difference to me, and they treat you as family, not just a number. I especially appreciate Mike Mashke for he has always gone above and beyond any banker in town.
