App used to be good on iPad. Bill pay just spins now on iPad. iPhone version is fine
App works on my iPhone, but the iPad version does not work for Bill Pay for SEVERAL months now. I deleted the app and reinstalled but it isn’t any better. I open bill pay, and it shows some information but just spins and spins and the app locks up. This is after logging in. Infuriating.
Update: 1 year, no software update from Intracoastal third party. iPad replaced and no change. Problem never fixed. iPhone never has an issue. iPad never can do bill pay.
