Down time
Inaccessibility due to system being down frequently is frustrating. Overall, a good system. Great human backup for people like me who constantly make a mess of passwords

I’ve been using this app for years and had no problem with it whatsoever. Now all of a sudden starting about January I have had so many problems logging in. It locks me out constantly! I’m so very frustrated with this!
