it does not give you notifications when anything changes.

It does not notify me when my balance changes or when money has been withdrawn or deposited
Poor customer service
Shows app on my iPhone but won't load when pressed. Called bank for help & after 3 transfers, customer service tells me that's another new problem then puts me on hold. They come back and tell me my IOS must not be updated and it was up to date! Then they tell me other iPhones are having problems but don't have an answer.
