App Won’t Open Now
app stopped working because it needed an update. I ran the update and now the app won’t even open.
Great banking app
This app really helps navigate online banking processes without being a hassle, it’s easy to exchange money and manage multiple accounts which isn’t something I’ve seen with much larger banks

fnbct app is terrific i was in florida and with Edith Garcia’s help was able to make a mobile deposit saving time and $$$. John Low Edith Garcia and the Entire fnbct staff is 5 star performers everyday!!!

We are so pleased with the Gatesville location! The people are so knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s rather comforting knowing that one of the officials used to come to our house when he was a kid and hang out with our son! Whatever you need they can assist.

Alerts
The alerts on the update are not very user friendly like they were before the update
Deposit Limit
The Mobile Deposit Limit should be MUCH higher than $2500. Makes it really hard for someone who travels a lot and for someone who works remotely with NO local branch in the town where they are currently working to make deposits. Have to call an officer every time I want my deposit limit raised to more than $2500.

New upgrade of app
Not able to update app due to my phone is in a different lower ISO rating. Not able to deposit checks or anything now without having to drive to bank across town at lunch time if I have an hour time frame. Not happy about this change

New App
I like it. I’m getting used to it!
Old app was much better
We much prefer the older app than this one. On the older app you could sign up to receive text messages only when a debit card was used and it would give you the amount it was used for and the balance on the account. Now if you sign up for notifications, it sends you every amount that is taken out of the bank at all times of day and nightand it does not give you the current balance. Makes it much harder to keep track of when there’s more than one person using the account almost enough to make me want to change banks.

I like the newest version of the app. I would like to see the balance displayed after each transaction, I have other accounts that do this an it’s easier for me to ensure my account is in good standing.
