Please stop this annoying reviews every time I make a transfer or do anything in my bank app!
Please stop doing these reviews I am so tired of this! I called my bank and asked them to stop Sending these but they said it was part of the system that just got added. It is really really annoying and it’s a waste of my time, I have given five stars or nothing every time I get this annoying thing going on! I’m ready to change back to it. Reorient to Landscape on iPads Again
So I’ve been using this app forever, loving it all the way. So I also noticed that they improved some features which are also nice. However, one of them does not work, and that was when I use the iPad as my main “office“ … it was handy to have the landscape mode. That is no longer true now once you update the app. I did not update purposely on one of my iPads so that I could reserve the landscape mode feature. All the new features are on the FNB app ironically and it functions nicely [still offering landscape mode] … There has to be a reason and there is no reason why you cannot. I ask that at least to investigate the possibility of getting that feature back again. No need for it to stay locked in portrait mode. Perhaps a question for Apple at a developers forum upcoming to be added/restored once again in a future update. There is so much technology there. There is no reason why that cannot be done. I have this idea that no one cares to have it done. I am here to say that it should be done and that I care. Just sure others are being ‘nice about this’ and not saying anything. Sort of disrupts my little life. I was enjoying it the way I had it. Chop chop!

Great app. Please associate URL to app
The use of password managers require an app to have an associated url. It seems this app doesn’t launch 1password because the url is not associated to the app.

Decent app, but has its issues
Have used FNBNewtown mobile banking for few years now. Suddenly in last 2 weeks it has an error and shuts down when I try to use it anywhere other than at home. Deleted app, and will re-acquire to see if it helps. Otherwise, good banking app and does what you need it to do for online banking for your accounts.

Awful iPad App
According to the bank only my iPad has a problem with their application - it worked perfectly until an iOS and application update. Now it tells me Safari is blocking cookies. They show how to fix the problem and when I went to Settings the two offending browser choices were TURNED OFF ALREADY. I cannot be the only person having this problem with my Apple iPad Pro 12.9 (Third Generation) running iOS 14.7.1. Thursday, September 9, 2021 First National Bank Newtown finally admitted that the app does not support ‘Bill Pay and Zelle’ on an iPad - because - the app is developed for the iPhone and not the iPad. Apple Support confirmed that developers have to code difference algorithms for the iPhone and iPad. Therefore, if you want to use the app on an iPad, you will not have the ability to use the ‘Bill Pay and Zelle’ functionality.

For S&Gs, I downloaded the app to my iPad. Lo and behold, the developer fixed the iPad code. It works!!! My one star rating now is a four star rating, because I never give five starts.
