Not excited about the transition to Heritage Bank
There are several Pros, Cons and Questionable “Discontinued” Applications that can cause customers concerns. It is never for the good of the customers but for the well-being of the banks infrastructure. It’s all about money and not necessarily about us the consumer. Moving on to a better more secure bank.

It’s an ok app. I have to log into the website for multiple things and I have to hand key my password in every time I wanna log into the app. It doesn’t seem to save in my Apple keychain.

Cumbersome
Constantly having to log back in from my phone even with facial recognition on. The functionality is very limited. The Heritage First Bank app was way better and had a lot more functionality to it.
