The Focase cube records great but the app is trash. It has about a 20% success rate of actually transcribing my recordings.
Pratical and good
I love this recorder! It does a great job with transcription! My job is easier because of it!
Excellent - Best in Class
I’ve been using dictation recorders & transcribers since the horse & cart days & must say the FOCASE Recorder has been a revelation. Easy to use - highly portable - long battery life - intuitive - user-friendly app - very cost effective compared to others with 1,800 free minutes per month - excellent support. Don’t bother to look elsewhere at other heavily over-promoted brands as this clearly delivers. Highly recommended

Pretty good but…
Works well, file transfer from device to iphone a little slow, but bearable. Annoyingly the audio files are split into 1 hour maximum segments. Most of my meeting extend beyond 1 hour meaning I need to use another AI platform using multiple transcription files to piece the whole meeting together to get a comprehensive summary.

If you only want to record everything on your phone.
This is a great app for recording phone calls and transcribing them. The functions are pretty accurate, but if you want to use this on your mac, or any computer, good luck. There is ZERO support for how to do that. Hopefully you have a large icloud back up system in place or you are going to be screwed about how to save these files. The device comes with what seems to be 64 gb of memory which is a pretty good amount, but what happens when you fill it? Yo have to go through each file and manually delete them like it's 1995. It would be freaking great if the device would just pop up like an external hard drive and you could dump the files on your computer and the IOS app could access them without having to download each file individually over bluetooth. This just goes to show that you can have a decent product that has such a horrific user experience, that anyone with a brain, will probably stop using it after a couple of time.
