I’ve been using Focus Dog for over a year now and I love it. The only thing I wish I could change is the dog. I would love to make a pug (I lost my pug a while ago). I know it would help me focus if I felt connected to her. Thank you.

Sugar to sweeten the workday
SO GRATEFUL that I found this app. I’ve used it for at least two years, and I’ve tried many other apps out there. This one is super simple, but the concept of collecting a cute virtual donut to feed my cute virtual dog is somehow, improbably, enough to just make me start the timer and begin a task. Over time, it becomes pavolvian (hah.. sorry). I love the app. Super easy to start the timer (and assign a category) which is the most important thing.
It would be nice to have a few more small variants - maybe our dog could have a few more expressions of happiness/sadness/anger, maybe a few more different backgrounds… but this is just more icing on the already tasty donut! Hope the core of the app never changes!! Thank you ❤️

Hits that sweet (donut) spot
Been using this app for a few years now. It manages to hit the sweet spot between being simple enough to just get started (a few taps) and having enough low-stakes fun features (adding more donut types) to be motivating. I didn’t have very high expectations but was pleasantly surprised! It gives me just that little push I need to start on a task, and over time it’s become.. Pavlovian ;) Thank you creators!

Love app but can’t get goal donuts!
I love this app and it is really helpful, but the only section I haven’t unlocked is all of the donuts within the “goals” section. I always set goals and make it to the end without going on other apps, so I’m not sure why none of these goal donuts have been made? Please advise, as I love this app and want to unlock all of the donuts!

Helpful Focus
I downloaded this app so that I could regain focus and block out all of the extra chaos around me at work. It really helped. I was hyper focused on adding donuts for the dog. The more donuts you have the happier the dog becomes. Once I completed 20 minutes I got an additional donut. I was also able to return to my original task and complete it.

Really effective
I’ve found this app to be super effective and has some good PRO perks which is very inexpensive. I also loved the dynamic of the app. As a college student it’s hard to focus after long periods of time specially with these phones with apps that are designed to reward our brains with dopamine with no effort and keep us hooked for ours. They even give us a sense of withdrawal sometimes. Do yourself a favor and delete those apps and keep healthier app like this one which really has helped we work towards my academic goals.

I can’t seem to login by resetting the password after I purchase the pro version and the Contact email, which is for the health desk is not working anymore

Thank you for reaching out. I found a bug preventing the reset mechanism for certain foreign emails. It will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, you can always restore the purchase through the in app purchase screen when you scroll down. Sorry for the trouble. I hope I could help. Best wishes from Berlin.

I have been using this app for over 3 years and I love it but….
I have been using this app since the early few years of me starting high school and this app was the main reason that I had gotten any studying or even cleaning done as it had motivated me sooo much and even more during the past two exam seasons I have recently gone through in the last two years. However, during the peak of all my studying and revision in my last year of high school I decided just yesterday to get this app on my tablet and I did just that but I went to go find my email and log in however in the process of me finding the email I used to sign up to this app in the first place I had accidentally logged out… I was devastated because I had the app for ages and I forgot my password since it had been years anyways luckily because I have an iPhone I was able to find my email and passwords on forgot password… but it was coming up as an error and I tried to reset my password and put in my email however the email was flagging up as an error and I cannot get back my account and log back in bare in mind I had the account for years and on my school email and not to mention the fact that I was on level 47 I think… I was pure devastated 😭

押し間違えログアウト…
今日このアプリを使って勉強をしていたところ、押し間違えでログアウトしてしまいました…
すぐにログインをしようと思いメアドとパスワードを入れましたが、問題が発生しましたと出てきました。
｢もしかしたらパスワードが違ってログインができないのかもしれない…｣と思いパスワード変更のためメアドを入れましたが、またまた問題が発生しましたと出てきました。
何度も試しましたが、ログイン出来ませんでした。
早めの対処をして頂きたいです。

Lost years of progress
The app is stuck on loading page. When I finally got through, I was unable to log into my paid account. I opened a ticket several weeks ago and have not yet heard back, your assistance is appreciated!
Update: I’ve been a pro user for many years (level 65 I believe), I logged out to force restart the account but was unable to log in nor reset password. I’ve years of progress that I would like to continue building, I’ve also submitted a ticket months ago without response. Would appreciate your help with this!
