I first joined FCU way back when it was named something regarding Healthcare, which worked as I was just starting my career after 11 years of college at OSU (go Pokes) and the same year and just prior to the OKC Bombing. They’ve been my financial institution through 2 marriages & divorces, 4 kids (3 graduates of OSU - go Pokes), and my having moved and lived in states from the Carolinas to Nevada…. And regardless to circumstances, one thing I could count on is FCUs ability to do the impossible, and often quickly.
Although FCU has grown by leaps & bounds now some 30+ years, they still do banking and treat members with that hometown, ‘you’re family’ mentality. If you’ve got a problem, if you need the most impossible service and usually instantly, they’ve never failed to make it happen. AND it doesn’t matter if you’re a small account or a mega group of accounts, we are all treated equally. Thank you one and all…..

Inaccurate info
App was working fine till it started showing the wrong info on my car loan. Had to call the bank to make sure it wasn’t a glitch in the system and I can’t update the app.

I had to take the back photo 4 times. It kept saying that it couldn’t see the signature. Ended up signing it twice. Lol

I truly enjoy using the Focus Federal Credit Union App. The FFCU App allows me to do most of my transactions without calling and using the Touchtone Teller Line or speaking with customer service to transfer funds. Service at my fingertips.

developers need to test all functions of app before releasing updates, I no longer receive text alerts since Aug 2019 update
remote deposit
How in the world am I supposed to take a picture of my check when there’s not even a button to press to capture the photo?! What the heck!!! I was super excited about this update because of the remote deposit feature and it’s been nothing but disappointing. The rest of the app is wonderful but don’t promise remote deposit if you can’t actually make it happen!!

Glitches and confusing
When you have more than one account number, you are given the option to rename each account. BUT, when you re log in, the system keep getting the accounts mixed up with the wrong name. You change it and then it happens again! That’s just one of the several reasons I rated this a 1 star.
