Incredible for my productivity
I Love This App so much as someone who works from home as an artist. It's made me so good at being excited to "clock in" with the counting-up feature! It's made me happy to work again, because the reward is both in my finished paintings and in a fun little game on my phone.

Look, I too struggle with my ADHD sometimes. I got this one college semester see if it would help with my issues of not doing homework at a decent time, it didn’t work for me. Don’t get me wrong, I can see how it can help others who also share it with me. But it never really helped

I loove this app, especially the orange kitt-ney bean! It would be awesome if the bean had a pet of some sort, or you could pay socks to give the bean clothes!

Focus friend is THE app if you get super distracted (like me lol). I always multitask which usually is fine, but doing homework always takes me like two hours because I start going on other apps or literally just walk around. Whether you have adhd, add, or just get distracted, this app is perfect for you!
In terms of helpful, You can do a regular timer where it can help you keep track of time, but if you have a screen addiction problem, then you can choose deep focus mode: it blocks all other apps except focus friend. Yes, you can get distracted irl like me, but it still helps for staying on task.
In terms of the cuteness and overall aesthetic, this app also attracts people like me who need help focusing but also want the cuteness. You get a bean that crochets when you set a timer, and it makes socks which you can use to buy furniture. Like isn’t that just adorable!? There are different skins (maybe you could add some more because honestly they look kinda…not cute…but that’s imo) and even different rooms to decorate, plus lots of options for color and the aesthetic of the furniture.
I do think that they could make the furniture less expensive, because it might take awhile to do all the rooms. The app interface could also be improved, as sometimes the app looks like it was only made for a phone screen (like the focus tracker words go off screen) and other times only for iPad.

Great but needs more rooms
I absolutely love this little study/focus tool. I use it so much so that I’ve run out of rooms to decorate. I’ve even redecorated rooms in the interim while waiting for new rooms. Will we receive updated rooms/decor options soon?

Issues on the iPad
Sometimes the image on the screen isn’t fitted for the iPad horizontally, so I cannot exit certain windows. Great on the phone though

I love Focus Friend!
It’s so helpful and it really does keep me off of my devices. Please download if you don’t have it, you won’t regret it!! The only thing I would say is that if you don’t get pro, you can only focus for 2 hrs max. But besides that it’s an amazing game!!

I struggle with ADHD to where I'm always getting yelled at for being on my phone I saw this app and I thought this could be good boy was it good it was better than good I love how you can decorate with the socks he makes I love how he looks so cute and the wigit is also cute it's just the best it helps a lot but I wish you could hey more characters without having to pay maybe I. It’s beautiful it helped me study way more before I used to only do like one question of my naplan practice pages and the day I used this I’ve done like five pages and every morning I do my work and I feel very proud 😁✨
Seriously need a Screen Time password to delete the app that I paid for myself?
Of course there are different stages to having ADHD, and I got this app, thinking it would help me with focusing, but really instead it’s honestly just a timer that you have to wait for to then upgrade your room because after a while this sort of just became a ‘ push the button wait a couple of hours and then decorate the room’ as I went on to probably not do anything proactive. It’s a waiting game. I bought the yearly subscription because I wanted to have more time because the two hour limit was too short for me. But even after that, you can’t customize your own little character instead, you have to pay money to. I hope this app finds someone that is actually useful to them. But I honestly don’t see how this isn’t the same as me setting a timer on my phone…
The concept is extremely cute, I just don’t think it was ready to be released and especially not after completing all of the rooms, which makes them the app feel useless since you’re earning socks or scarfs for nothing because it’s not like you’re going to change anything…
And before you download this app, do make sure you remember your own Screen Time password since that’s the only way to remove this app… sense of course I ran into that problem and have to go get my own iPad that I downloaded this app by myself toyed around to get this off my storage plan
I hate leaving negative reviews because I didn’t have any negative reviews starting off when I got this app. And hopefully I didn’t ramble too much for developers to not look at my feedback….but it just feels useless now. Thank you.

Love this app.
I’ve been using it for a few days and it’s not too easy to get socks but not hard at the same time. Already have a few furnitures.

I love that if you want to buy the premium version it’s a one time purchase and it’s affordable. But if you don’t want to you still get really good features.
The only thing I would add is maybe something that makes me come back to the app everyday like a wheel you can turn every day with small price.

The only app that actually works
I’m a teen who struggles with ADHD (Inattentive), autism, and pretty bad depression. This has always made getting work done really hard. I am not even exaggerating when I say that my Bean is often the only thing getting me to sit down at my desk and work. Nothing too hard, just 20 minute intervals, and then if I want to do more, I set another timer, if not, Bean and I chill. This tiny app actually has changed my study style so much. I want to do work because I want to do more room decorating.

Good but no
I got this app because I have adhd and have a hard time focusing on certain tasks…. It was working really well until it glitched my ENTIRE PHONE and we had to delete the app for it to stop blocking apps… we had to call apple support and we were trying to figure it out for 2 hours😭 pls do not get this app

Didn’t Know I Needed This
Hank Green said he made a cute app, and that it was free, so I was immediately sold on trying it. Now I can’t imagine things like homework, chores, and even yoga without it! I love the count-up timer especially!!! It allows me to stay aware of how long I spend/am spending on a task without holding me to a strict (pressure-y) schedule. It makes time management easy and fun!

God I love this thing
I’m amazed at how much I used this app; I ended up buying a lifetime membership (love that this was an option BTW!) The art is beautiful and I love all the new updates that have happened recently.
My only minor complaint is I thought I would get bean skins with my membership purchase. I wish you could get at least a few bean skins with the purchase, then fancier ones can be additional. Otherwise, maybe a note in the purchase flow that says it doesn’t include skins would help.

It’s so cute I can’t handle it. I love gradually building up socks to decorate my bean’s home.
It really helps with my productivity! I don’t want to make my bean sad so I put my phone down and focus. I love how each update makes the app better and better. Statistics are now included! You can preview how the item would look before purchasing! The lifetime membership is completely worth it considering how much you’re getting (editable deep focus lists, scarves, etc).

Cute app but broken UI on iPad
This is a cute app and helps me focus. However, the UI on iPad is broken. 1. When I click on the focus button, the page popped up has weird elements layout. 2. The stats page layout is also broken and I couldn’t find a button to go back to the main menu so I always need to restart the app in order to get back to the home page. Please fix the UI for iPad as soon as possible
