Choose between Ghost Mode for lighter friction and Guard Mode for stricter intervention, confirm continue actions inside the app, and let today’s rule resume automatically after the delay window. Focus Pact Pro also keeps a local credit score, review summaries, and emergency unlock records so you can understand the real cost of distraction and recover with cleaner days over time. The current version does not require an online account, does not provide cloud sync, and does not upload your Screen Time history or personal content to developer-operated servers.
