User reviews

The Best ADHD app so far

I wrote this long thoughtful review that got accidentally deleted before it posted and so now I’m just writing this placeholder until I recover from that trauma. It’s a near perfect app though.

Real people not just an app

This app is different because they have a team of real people and a community feel. More than just another ADHD app.

Focused Space has been a HUGE boost to my productivity.

As a creative professional with late-diagnosed ADHD, Focused Space has been an incredible help. Body doubling while working working in Pomodoro sessions is extremely helpful. The Focused Space facilators are so supportive and positive. I appreciate that they encourage us to get up, stretch, and get in some movement. Important reminders for a neurodivergent who sits at a desk all day.
