Focus Mode - Fixed: Focus Mode could report itself active while blocking nothing if you selected more than 50 apps (an iOS limit). Blocking is now verified before the app claims it started. - New: selections are capped at 45 apps, 45 categories, and 45 websites (separate limits). The picker shows a live count and disables Done until an over-limit selection is reduced. Nothing is ever removed automatically. - New: if your saved selection is over the limit, the app tells you exactly how many to remove and walks you to the fix. Starting a workout offers a clear choice instead of failing silently. - Websites in your blocklist are now actually blocked during workouts. Redesign - Home, History, and Me screens redesigned: streak ring with weekly session dots, stat tiles, workouts-per-week chart, unified typography and iconography. - Workout summary now shows muscle-volume bars for the session's muscles worked. Programs - New "Rest of Life" A/B/C programs. - 1RM entry is now bounds-checked and prescribed loads are clamped to sane ranges. - Corrected equipment labels on 10 programs. Fixes and polish - Fixed the keyboard dismissing and reopening between set-entry fields; the rest timer now lifts above the keyboard. - Fixed duplicate Live Activities that could hide the Dynamic Island rest countdown. - Fixed the photo-compare view swapping Before and After sides. - Snackbars no longer hide behind the active-workout dock. - Paywall now distinguishes "no offers available" from a connectivity problem. - About screen shows the true build version. Performance - Faster app startup, Home, and History: workout history is now decoded once and shared everywhere, hot database queries are indexed, and PR calculations were consolidated. Large histories no longer trigger redundant full-table reads.
