Instructions don’t match

Instructions do not match with my phone so I can’t do what they are requiring. Cannot connect to app. There are 2 WiFi options that come up when trying to connect. Neither work and both hijack the network on my phone.

Seems pointless to keep the camera if I can’t see the files on my phone. Disappointed since the video looks good on the camera screen.
