Worst delivery app experience ever
1. Very confusing about what language they wanted customers to know. The menu were in English while the customer support spoke Chinese as well as the driver.
2. Poor time management. There is no feature of how much time estimated shown anywhere, while a 3 mile away restaurant took over an hour to deliver, the customer support responded that it was a “reasonable” time. Based on what standard ? ..
