Easy to use

I like that I can filter multiple ways; like see only LOW, HIGH, BOTH together, alphabetically and by category. The one frustration, which I know can be easily fixed, is when you tap an item in the alphabetical list to get more detail on it and then use the back button l, it does not go back where you left off. It starts back at the top of the alphabet. So if you look at more detail on lentils for example, it goes back to the “A’s” and you have to scroll back down to pick up where you left off. Overall, it is still excellent for a free app. I don’t use the premium version.

Bare bones list by ingredients only

Majority of things I look up are not in the database

It’s by ingredients only for non-adventurous eaters, vs by name of a food dish so you have to look up every ingredient. Slow and cumbersome.

Great easy to use.

Simple to get the Fodmap information quickly.

Really useful

Simple to use. It has all the info I need. I use it several times a day
